A Heart Rate of 108 bpm and 180 bpm both used to score the same. Now they score 80 (Mild) and 0 (Severe) respectively - reflecting real clinical difference.
Weighted by clinical importance
Weight (5%), BMI (25%), Blood Pressure (20%), Heart Rate (20%), Respiration Rate (15%), SpO₂ (15%). Weights validated by clinical stakeholders.
Configurable without code changes
